I ordered 3 items (white strong and flexible, grey robust, and sandstone). I paid for all three items but I didn't get the sandstone piece... why??? they didn't even send me any emails about the sandstone piece what' going on???
We checked what happened. We sent you an email on the 29th that the Sandstone model had walls that were too thin to produce. We gave you a coupon so that you could order something else. Perhaps our email ended up in your spam box? If it did so could you please let us know!

Different materials are made at different facilities - you should get the sandstone in another shipment.
